By visiting Bahrain International Airport - Airport Pass Management System (APMS), viewing, accessing or otherwise using any of the services or information created, collected, compiled or submitted to this application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of service. You understand, agree and acknowledge that these terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you BCAA and BAC and that your use of the APMS application shall indicate your conclusive acceptance of this agreement.
The information contained in this application is for specific services provided to users specialized in the area of airport passes. Part of the information is provided by BCAA and BAC and whilst we endeavor to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the application or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the application for any purpose.
BCAA and BAC shall not be liable for any reliance you choose to place on such information. In no event shall BCAA and BAC be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits out of, or in connection with, the use of this application.
You agree and acknowledge that the BCAA and BAC are entitled to modify, improve or discontinue any of its services at its sole discretion and without notice to you even if it may result in you being prevented from accessing any information contained in it.
All rights reserved. Except for logos of and information on third party web links, all content and functionality on the application is the exclusive property of BAC. No part of the contents of this application may be reproduced, stored in a retrieved system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, microfilming, recording or otherwise, without prior written permission from BAC.
Both BAC and BCAA are committed to the protection and privacy of the airport pass information that we might collect from you as you use this application. By submitting information, you agree to the following terms:
You understand and agree that your use of the BIA APMS application is entirely at your own risk and that our services are provided on a "as is" and "as available" basis. BAC and BCAA do not make any express or implied warranties, endorsements or representations whatsoever as to the operation of the BIA APMS application, information, content, materials, or products. This shall include, but not be limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and warranties that access to or use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected.
You understand and agree that the BAC and BCAA and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. This shall include, but not be limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, business reputation or goodwill, loss of programs or information or other intangible loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the service, or information, or any permanent or temporary cessation of such service or access to information, or the deletion or corruption of any content or information, or the failure to store any content or information. The above limitation shall apply whether or not the BAC and BCAA have been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed the liability of the BAC and BCAA is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
The BIA APMS Application may include hyperlinks to third-party content, advertising or applications. You acknowledge and agree that BAC and BCAA, while exercising due care and attention in compiling this application is not responsible or liable for:
You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such applications or resources.
You expressly understand and agree to submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain to resolve any legal matter arising from this agreement or related to your use of the BIA APMS application. If the court of law, rules that any provision of the agreement is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the terms and the remaining terms will continue to be valid.
BAC and BCAA reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to the terms become effective on the date they are posted and your continued use of the BIA APMS application after any changes to terms will signify your agreement to be bound by them.
If you have registered or subscribed to BIA APMS application, any user identification code or password must be kept confidential and used only by you (unless agreed in writing with BAC or BCAA). We have the right to disable any user identification code or password whether chosen by you or allocated by us at any time if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
You must not use the application in any way that causes or is likely to cause the application or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You understand that you are solely responsible for all electronic communications and contents sent from your computer to us. You must use the application for lawful purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, these terms will be governed by laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. You understand and agree that the above terms constitute the entire general agreement between you and BAC or BCAA. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions when you use, purchase or access other services, affiliate services or third-party content or material.
